Local Artist Creates Pink Alien Yoga and Loungewear

|

Once upon a time, local artist Katherine Baronet was feeling blue, like she didn’t fit in. But out of loneliness came something lovely: the Pink Alien, a cute little character that has come to symbolize individuality and love. The Pink Alien is the star of Baronet’s darling line of yoga and loungewear, which is embroidered, silk screened, and sewn in Garland. To see (and buy) her clothing and colorful, abstract artwork, join the party at Baronet’s East Dallas studio October 6, 7–9 p.m. Shamrock Rock Hotel Studios, 4312 ½ Elm St. 214-826-9905.
