We’re looking for the most adorable dogs and cats and turtles (oh my!) in Dallas. Fill out this quick form, submit a high-resolution photo of your loveable friend, and then on June 1, we’ll launch a page that will allow D readers and our incredible pet owners to vote on which pet they think is cutest.

That’s right, there will be two winners, a ‘Readers’ Choice’ pick and a ‘Judges’ Pick’. The top 20 pets that receive the most votes through our voting page will move on to our voting panel, where an esteemed panel of pet experts will pick one winner to be named the “Judges’ Pick”.

Both of our cute winners will win:

1. A professional photo shoot with a D Magazine photographer
2. A full page in the August issue of D Magazine featuring a photo selected from the photoshoot
3. A online Q&A with the winner which will be featured on Dmagazine.com 
4. An Instagram post on D Magazine’s Instagram, broadcast to more than 198,000 followers

Contest entries are free and only the first 1,000 people are eligible to enter. All entrants have the opportunity to purchase a digital faux D “Cutest Pet” with your pet as the cover star for $34.95, or a printed faux D “Cutest Pets” cover for $45.95, both include a one-year subscription to D Magazine.
