Each month, a new chef, menu item, juice and charity are chosen. To kick off July’s program, tomorrow, July 1st, Green Grocer will be featuring samples of Chef Houser’s braised brisket tacos with cilantro pesto and chevre. There will also be fresh pressed juices and samples from other Cafe Momentum partners.
“The O.G.,” made of green apples, kale, jalapeño and cucumber, is the juice of the month, and a portion of the proceeds will go to Cafe Momentum through July 31st.
