Earlier this month, D CEO, in partnership with the Association for Corporate Growth, hosted the 2022 Mergers & Acquisitions Awards. A crowd of about 200 gathered at Tower Club Dallas to honor the region’s top deals and dealmakers. Guests enjoyed cocktails and dinner with panoramic views of the Dallas skyline.
Along with the awards presentation, the event featured a panel discussion that went behind the scenes with key players involved in Coltala Holdings Group’s formation of MyFitnessStore.com. The panel was moderated by Jon Henderson, partner at Polsinelli, with panelists Edward Crawford, partner at Coltala, and Craig Lewin, president of MyFitnessStore.
Now in its ninth year, the program honored individual achievements and notable transactions that stood out in last year’s M&A Super Cycle. A highlight of the evening involved revealing winners in deal and dealmaker awards in nine categories.
