Welcome back to Laps of Luxury. Summer is on the horizon, and we’re once again spotlighting the prettiest pools in North Texas. Each week, join us as we tour on-the-market properties with beautiful backyards.

For our first 2021 foray into picture-perfect pools, we’re heading west to 9341 Bella Terra Drive. This Fort Worth estate occupies a full acre of well-manicured land within Montserrat, a gated community.

The home itself has five bedrooms and nearly 8,000 square feet of living space. Inside, visitors will notice an abundance of intricate arches and warm wood and travertine floors. This build is an entertainer’s dream: a wet bar and a wine cellar are tucked just off the foyer, and there’s also a home theater with rows of leather seats. The master bedroom is also on the first floor. It features heated floors, a sauna, and a bathtub with its own fireplace. On the second floor, houseguests can take refuge in one of three bedrooms. Each has access to a massive wraparound balcony that overlooks the home’s best feature: its backyard.

Here, multiple outdoor living areas are tucked under arched openings. The exterior kitchen is equipped with grills, stoves, sinks, and refrigerators. Around the corner, you’ll find several dining setups with heaters and fans for year-round comfort. Every enclave faces the perfectly pruned landscaping and the pool. It’s in-ground gunite—a blend of sand, concrete, and water—with heated saltwater. The multi-level design accommodates both wading and diving. It’s accented by an attached spa, a diving board, and a fountain feature that emits cascading arcs of water.
