You might have noticed by now that we introduce each print issue of D Home by filling those initial glossy pages with all the latest trends in home and design. Past publications have witnessed the comeback of wicker, desert-inspired decor, and even cozy accessories for when the temperatures drop. But in our March/April issue, which just hit newsstands, it was products that feel like Palm Beach. Whether it’s botanical wallpaper, large-leaf plants, or floral patterns, the coast has reached our landlocked domain.

Right on cue, 10149 waltzed into our lives, exemplifying those beachside vibes. But it’s not just an average house filled with Palm Beach-esque products. No, this could be an actual house on the water. Even down to the pale-blue front door and white-paned windows, it feels like it was transposed from a sandy knoll.

With its open and airy design, you can practically feel a saltwater breeze drifting throughout. But it’s the little touches that really bring the seaside to life: the leafy plants, the bold wallpapers, the lustrous light fixtures. There’s even a body of water in the backyard to help you cool down on a steamy day.10149 Crestover Dr.
