Hot Property: A 1940s Home Gets a Frothy Makeover

All right, “Hot Property” readers—look alive because there is a very lovely, newly listed house on Druid Lane, which happens to be located in Greenway Parks, and also happens to be situated right behind literally everything in the dining- and shopping-filled Inwood Village. Notice needs to be paid.

It’s not just the location that makes the move-in ready home important though. It’s the myriad designer wallcoverings, including a stunning natural grasscloth situation in the master bath. Or the mod light fixtures that complement their spaces, rather than overpower them. The kitchen, with its black penny tile backsplash and similarly hued granite counters makes the case that not every cool kitchen needs to be all-white.

I don’t know who worked that Serena & Lily-style magic in the spacious and idyllic backyard, or throughout the home for that matter, but they, too, are important.
