What’s the coolest thing about #42 in the aptly named Parkside Condominiums? It depends on who gets to live there.
If you’re about location, a prime spot on Woodall Rodgers Freeway overlooking Klyde Warren Park is a pretty solid setup. If you’re into walkability, being within a mile of the arts district, Harwood, and most of Uptown is great, as long as Dallas is cooperating. Design lovers would appreciate #42’s appointments: the gleaming, jewel-box surfaces, the UltaCraft Kitchen with the dual-fuel Wolf range, and the thoughtfully laid out square footage. If you want to show off a house that shows off, #42 has custom automation for that, and EliteTech lighting, and a custom California closet, and two Perlick wine fridges.
Or maybe you just like exclusive things, and want to wake up in an oversized master suite to an insane downtown view knowing that only nine other units in Dallas get to share in something similar. That’s fair. And for just under $3 million, that can be purchased. If you feel like you have one too many wine fridges, my number’s not hard to find.
