Dallas is filled with wonderful shops and makers with gifts that could make mom’s day. Here’s the proof. But, this week, some of those fantastic shops are hosting events to make Mother’s Day shopping even more special. Here, we’ve rounded up a few must-hit, rosé-fueled fêtes.

GAIA’s Housewarming Party | May 9

GAIA is finally reopening the pink doors of The Loveliest’s former location. Pop in tonight from 4pm to 7pm for a housewarming party, rosé, and the perfect gift for mom: a colorful and ethical Gaia pouch filled with clean beauty finds from The Greenway Shop.

Benincasa at the Mother’s Day Market | May 10

The Holy Grail of high heels is headed to WeWork in Thanksgiving Tower. From 11am to 2pm this Thursday, stop in to try the Dallas brand’s remarkably comfortable, Italian-made shoes, sip mimosas, and take in some live music. The event will benefit Dress for Success, and also includes Nikki Smith Designs and Verver Works.

TenOverSix’s Design District Pop-Up | May 12

Before TenOverSix moves in with Forty Five Ten, they’re moving a few thoughtfully curated pieces to the Design District, for an art-themed pop-up complete with cool ceramics, international magazines, complimentary rosé, and avant-garde floral arrangements by Kyle Branch (aka, our boy Peaches).

Favor the Kind’s Mother’s Day Market | May 12

Favor the Kind (née The Gypsy Wagon) is hosting a sure-to-be-adorable Mother’s Day market this Saturday at their Henderson Avenue flagship. Expect goods from Entyze’s beautiful natural skincare line, fun cross-stitched works from Hoops + Holla, and Candice Andrea’s artisan-made jewelry.

Mothership Pop-Up in Forty Five Ten | Through May 12

The downtown department store’s aptly named pop-up runs through May 12, featuring curated jewelry, beauty, and accessories that are perfect for mom. Plus, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Circle of Health International.
