2300 Wolf Street 20 A&B is pretty. The kind of pretty that deserves to make a big deal of itself, you know what I mean? The level of pretty that could grace the cover of magazines, which actually, it totally did when we chose its living room to be the face of this year’s January/February issue.

Situated near the top of the Residences at the Stoneleigh, Unit A & B were purchased together by a former resident (read all about that here), who enlisted designer Brant McFarlain to completely reconfigure the existing architectural plans. The result: a stunning 5,200-square-foot residence that masterfully sidesteps the boring-rectangular-box plight of so many high-rises.

The home is a gorgeous mix of ceiling heights and materials — the bronze fireplace was the result of sandblasting hammered brass. There’s also a ballroom, a velvet-lined theater room, and a very nifty playroom with a secret passageway to a bunkbed paradise, where some lucky small sleepers will enjoy a pretty solid view.

By the Numbers
  • 2300 Wolf Street 20 A&B
  • $7,995,000
  • 7,517 Square Feet
  • 3 Bedrooms
  • 3.3 Bathrooms
  • 2 Guest Suites
  • 2 Fireplaces
  • 7 Covered Parking Spots
