Hot Property: Bachelorette Jojo Fletcher’s Dallas Home

It seems just yesterday that Joelle Fletcher and her smartly-coiffed man friend made the leap from our television screens to a well-appointed two-bedroom abode in the M Streets, but alas, time waits for no man, no matter how gravity-defying his hair may be. Last year’s Bachelorette lead and her crowned fiancé, Jordan Rodgers, are moving on from the small but chic dwelling. Where life’s journey will take them can only be answered by time, Instagram, or an exclusive announcement on People.com. And while we are curious, our focus must return to that fantastic home.

6115 Mercedes Avenue is what some might consider a perfect M Streets house. It has a classic mid-century structure, but it also boasts brand new windows and moldings, handsome refinished hardwoods, and recently underwent a Carrara marble- and subway tile-filled kitchen and bathroom remodel. It has a spacious front and back lawn that have also been thoughtfully designed and impeccably manicured. The appliances are Bosch and the thermostat is Nest. It even features a small amount wallpaper that isn’t terrible.

And really, that should be enough! But for a Dallas homebuyer who just happens to subscribe to “Bachelor Nation”, the allure must be off the charts. How many times has Jojo laced up a pair of sponsored sneaks in front of that tangerine door? How many social media photoshoots used the breakfast nook’s palm-covered wallpaper as a backdrop? The custom Mitchell Gold and Bob Williams chairs that combined Jojo’s love of prints with Jordan’s affinity for green may not stay in the picture once the home is purchased, but they are in the online listing, and that’s not nothing.

If only we could get Chris Harrison to act as realtor…
