Anyone who has ever been tasked with planning and prepping Thanksgiving and Christmas meals knows the process isn’t always merry or bright. Take your pick of almost any family holiday movie, and you’re guaranteed to encounter a cinematic, slow-motion shot of a turkey falling to its doom. This is almost immediately followed by a (not at all) dramatic and tearful cry from the cook.

This year, healthy grocery store Sprouts Farmers Market wants to save you from the costly, impending turkey heartbreak. Through November 22, you can order a fresh and organic turkey or fully prepared holiday meals.

“Healthy holiday meals shouldn’t have to be expensive to be memorable, “ says Jim Nielsen, Sprouts’ president and chief operating officer.

We couldn’t agree more. The meals range, which can include a boneless turkey breast, from $29.99 to $79.99 and can serve anywhere from two to eight people. They can be ordered in one of Sprouts’ 19 DFW locations or online, and are available to be picked up through Thanksgiving Day at 2 p.m.7198_holiday_grabngive_graphic

In the giving spirit of the holidays, Sprouts has also expanded their annual “Grab ‘N Give” program. Shoppers will still be able to purchase a bag of canned and non-perishable groceries (discounted at 10 percent) that Sprouts will donate to charity, but they’ll also be able to purchase a separate bag that includes natural body care essentials such as toothpaste and deodorant.
