We Found the Ultimate Dallas Gift Box for New Moms

Did we just find the perfect gift for all your friends' future babies?

Fact: all new mothers should be showered with gifts. And, of course, they often are. So how can a gift giver ensure her offering stands out? Truthfully, we had no idea until we saw these ridiculously lovely gift baskets from Buttermilk Babies.

The Dallas-based brand has been churning out seriously cool swaddles (that’s right, swaddles can be hip!) since their launch in April 2015. They’ve got graffiti and gemstone prints, and something called a Zoonicorn pattern, which really just needs to be seen to be understood. This month they’ve taken their swaddle swagger to a whole new level.

A Large Buttermilk Bundle

On March 1, Buttermilk Babies launched “Buttermilk Bundles,” a gift box for new Dallas mothers that offers something sweet for her and her little one. The coolest part: each box is stocked almost entirely with Dallas-based brands. Bundle buyers can choose a small ($75), medium ($125), or large ($250) bundle, each including a two-pack of Buttermilk’s super soft swaddles, three pressed juices from Vim + Vigor, a floral arrangement from Bows + Arrows, P.F. Candle Co.’s Teakwood & Tobacco candle, and a dozen assorted macaroons from JOY (which can be swapped out for the juices in the small bundle). Buyers who purchase the biggest bundle will also score a 1 lb. bag of coffee from Village Baking Co., which we imagine will come in pretty handy for the new mom in question.

Did we just take the guesswork out of gifting for all your friends’ future babies? You’re welcome.
