We all know Tom Hicks’ $100 million Preston Hollow estate is on the market, but since he seems to be having a little trouble selling it, we’re going to focus on the next crop of pricey pads. Surprisingly (or not?), the second most expensive estate on the market is about a third of the price of Hicks’ estate, but it’s no bungalow.
