Mad for Marble

dallas home design, dallas interiors, dallas design

Here I am again going on and on about the attributes of marble (clean, pretty, fresh, classic). But, I can’t help it. It’s just that good. So good we featured an entire page of it in this month’s D Home. You don’t necessarily have to cover an entire kitchen in marble to get the look — add small accessories like the marble fruit bowl from Crate & Barrel. Trade out a chair at your breakfast nook for the stump table ($2,605, pictured left) at Ligne Roset or the Kelly Wearstler stool ($$1,400, pictured right) from Neiman Marcus. For an unexpected edge, hang the Phoenix mirror ($1,010, pictured middle) from Shop Ten 25 in a powder bath. For more marble, see Jos’s blog post. See, we’re all gaga for it around here.
