Dwell with Dignity’s Fall Thrift Studio opens next week. Join us at the Preview Party on Thursday, October 11 at the Dallas Design Center (1100 Slocum Street, Ste. 280) from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. You’re all invited to be the first to check out the store’s new inventory and support Dwell with Dignity’s mission to create soothing, inspiring homes for families struggling with homelessness and poverty. The Thrift Studio is a cool concept. The biannual pop-up shop is open for 30 days only (October 11 to November 10) and sells donated overstock, gently used furniture, housewares, accessories, and high-end designer finds. A “dream team” of designers takes over and creates stylish vignettes for shoppers to enjoy. The proceeds benefit Dwell with Dignity. We can’t wait to see what Cynthia Collins, Breckinridge Taylor, John Phifer Marrs, Laura Lee Clark, Lisa Luby Ryan, Stella Dallas, and Peacock Alley have put together for this fall.
