I’m finding new reasons to be happy being back in Dallas. The Confluences seating by Philippe Nigro at Ligne-Roset on McKinney Avenue just makes me smile. Not that I would want to get that close to anyone at this particular time, but I love the fluidity and playfulness of the interlocking pieces of this sofa. For the tall and short of us there are varying heights and depths, and any color combination you can dream of. I particularly like this burgundy color combination because according to the catalogues I receive at home, all my new fall clothes will be in these shades. Of course, that’s probably not going to happen because I don’t like to shop and I don’t think these clothes are going to hop into my closet. Oh well, at least come fall, maybe I will want to snuggle on this sofa.
