Yes, sad news for tea lovers across Dallas. After 16 years in business, The Cultured Cup is closing its Plaza at Preston Center store this Saturday, July 16. For the rest of this week, you can purchase select gift items at a 75 percent discount. But fret not. Owners Kyle Stewart and Phil Krampetz will still be selling their fine selection of coffee, tea, and chocolates on the Cup’s web site. We wrote about the store and its beautiful collection of matcha tea vessels back in our May/June 2010 issue.
