Vintage Texas Map Tray at Mecox

Most of us are pretty proud of our Texas heritage, and some of us love Texas kitsch—me included, but only in the very best of taste. I’m (mostly) enjoying Texas spring weather on my deck, and I’m thinking this decoupaged tray of a vintage Texas map for $150 from Mecox is a perfect prop to brag a little to my out-of-state friends. Did I mention I’m from a ranch in West Texas? I can show you exactly where now. One question: does this mean I should be serving Shiner beer instead of California chardonnay? What about Tito’s vodka?
