Jim Allard is the newly appointed chief nursing officer at Medical City Arlington. Since 2020, he has been the vice president and CNO of Medical City Children’s Hospital and Medical City Women’s Hospital Dallas, where he led the neonatal and maternal re-designation efforts. He was previously the CNO of Clear Lake Regional Medical Center, a 490-bed hospital near Houston that is part of HCA, the same network of hospitals that owns Medical City.

JPS Health Network is launching a child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship to help psychiatrists specialize in treating young people and is currently recruiting its first class. The two-year fellowship will focus on underserved populations in Tarrant County. The program will bring in two fellows per year with four total at the hospital.
Plano-based Resilient Healthcare, which helps bring healthcare into the home for acute and post-acute patients via artificial intelligence, has partnered with White Rock Medical Center in Dallas. The partnership will delivery outpatient therapy to patients virtually and in their homes for patients of the 200-bed acute care hospital in East Dallas.
