Primary care provider organization Catalyst Health Network has acquired MediBookr, a digital health solutions company. The acquisition pairs the Catalysts team-based care with MediBookr’s technology, which allows patients, providers, and payers to engage with their health and access to more timely information.

Eight woman-owned, startup businesses will be part of TechFW’s programs as the first of Texas Woman’s University – Center for Women Entrepreneurs Education Award recipients. The winners will be able to participate in a startup accelerator or incubator. Specialty management services company U.S. Oral Surgery Management has added a new partner in the Center for Oral & Facial Surgery, an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice in San Diego County, California. This is USOSM’s first practice in California. The Irving company now partners with practices in 15 states.
