After the county commissioners court directed the health department to target vulnerable ZIP codes for vaccinations, the state has threatened to cut off supply if they follow through on the plan. Garland is launching a mass drive-through vaccination clinic that will be open on Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Residents must book an appointment and be in qualifying groups in order to be vaccinated, WFAA reports.
