A worldwide pandemic has illuminated the quality of the region’s healthcare organizations, as they worked to care for North Texas patients amid unprecedented revenue shocks and economic hardship. To recognize those individuals and organizations keeping North Texas healthy, D CEO has named finalists for its Excellence in Healthcare Awards.

This year’s program attracted nearly 200 nominations across over a dozen categories and added new categories specifically addressing COVID-19. Along with outside judges with knowledge of the healthcare field, the editorial team poured over the nominations and made tough decisions to highlight the best 65 finalists among a plethora of excellent nominations.

North Texas is fortunate to have several robust and skilled hospital systems, strong independent physician groups, a world-class medical school, several research institutions, and a philanthropic spirit that makes the region both an attractive place for top medical talent and a place where patients can know they will receive quality care.

All finalists will be featured in D CEO’s December issue and recognized at an awards event, where the winners will be revealed.
