What does shelter-in-place mean? What is an essential business? Should you be at work or at home? The Dallas Morning News compiled a FAQ about Dallas County’s recent shelter in place order.

North Texas’ two testing sites have lifted their age restrictions. Fox 4 says the only requirements to be tested now are: a fever over 99.6 and symptoms of shortness of breath or cough.

From the Office of the Texas Governor, Governor Greg Abbott announced that Texas has received $36.9 million from the CDC as part of the state’s initial allotment of funding from the first emergency coronavirus bill passed by Congress.

NBCDFW  reports that a Dallas Fire-Rescue firefighter has tested positive for COVID-19. Over two dozen other Dallas Fire-Rescue employees who have been in contact with the infected have been quarantined as a precaution.

The total number of COVID-19 related deaths in Dallas County is now up to four. NBCDFW shared the latest on Monday, March 23.

A North Texas living center for people with disabilities have confirmed four cases of COVID-19, further pushing the urgencies to limit outside visitors at hospitals and living centers.
