Sean Lemon will be the new vice president of ancillary services for Texas Health Huguley Hospital Fort Worth South, and will begin his role in January. He arrives from Orlando, Florida, where he is director of strategic planning, multi-state division for AdventHealth. He will manage departmental operations for laboratory, radiology, therapy services, human resources, occupational medicine, fitness center, community wellness, nutrition, marketing, and the Texas Health Huguley Surgery Center.

“Sean’s ability to build relationships, problem solve and empower people to achieve their goals make him a great fit for our culture,” said Ken Finch, president/CEO of Texas Health Huguley and AdventHealth Southwest Region via release. “This, in combination with his outstanding leadership skills and experience with outpatient services, will make him a great addition to Texas Health Huguley and its leadership team.”

Lemon has been with AdventHealth since 2011, where he started as an intern before becoming a physician liaison for neuroscience, orthopedics and sports medicine. He was also an assistant director of neuroscience at AdventHealth Orlando.

“I’m thrilled to be continuing my career with AdventHealth and to now be a part of the successful partnership with Texas Health Resources,” said Lemon via release. “After many positive years of working with the Texas Health Huguley leadership team on strategic planning, this move was an easy decision.”
