The new heart hospital will include 63 private patient rooms and a cardiac services such as vascular and heart surgery, heart failure treatment, and minimally invasive vascular surgery. It will have the only dedicated cardiac emergency room in the city.

The spine hospital will treat common spine disorders and deformities including scoliosis, spondylolistheses, and other complex spine surgery.
