Healthcare Associates of Texas is moving from one Dallas suburb to another, as it relocates its headquarters from Irving to Plano. The primary care practice management company will be in a 20,258 -square-foot office in the International Business Park in Plan after being in Irving for 20 years.
More than 100 employees will be moving to the location in March. Healthcare Associates operates nine clinic locations in North Texas that provide primary, specialized care, and pharmacy services.
“We are excited about our continued growth across the Metroplex,” said David Harbour, CEO of Healthcare Associates of Texas via release. “The location of Plano’s International Business Park is ideal to support our access to our surrounding clinic locations.”
Cushman & Wakefield’s Matt Heidelbaugh, Executive Managing Director, and Cribb Altman, Senior Director, represented Healthcare Associates of Texas with the move.
“After a thorough evaluation of submarkets all over the Metroplex, Healthcare Associates of Texas chose International Business Park because it offered convenient access off the North Dallas Tollway and a quick timeline for move in,” Altman said via release.
