Capital Senior Living Corp. Names President and CEO

Kimberly S. Lody will be the new President and Chief Executive Officer of Dallas-based Capital Senior Living Corp. CSLC is one of the nation’s largest operators of senior housing communities, with 129 facilities that provide independent living, assisted living, and memory care to 16,500 residents nationwide.

Lody has 25 years of experience in healthcare marketing, sales, and operation management, and most recently was president of GN Hearing North America, part of the medical device division of GN Group, which provides audio solutions to various markets.

Lody was also president of Chronic Care, the U.S. branch of Coloplast, a Danish $5 billion global medical device manufacturer. She has been an independent consultant and held leadership roles at Senior Home Care, Gentiva Health Services, and Apria Healthcare.

“Kim is a proven leader with a strong track record of building high-performing teams that deliver results. Her significant operational expertise and sales, marketing and business development experience in the healthcare industry make her an ideal fit to accelerate the Company’s strategy,” said Michael Reid, Chairman of the Board via statement. “The Board and I are confident that Kim is the right leader to move Capital Senior Living forward as we seek to enhance operational execution and position the Company to deliver profitable growth and shareholder value creation.”
