Caddis Names New Vice President of Senior Living

Tami Cumings will join Caddis as vice president of senior living and will lead the operations of the firm’s Heartis senior living brand. Cumings has 25 years in the independent living, assisted living, and memory care industry. Caddis is a Dallas-based real estate development, management, and investment firm that focuses on healthcare real estate.

Prior to joining Caddis, Cumings was the senior vice president of sales and marketing for the Arbor Company. She has also held leadership positions at Sunrise Senior Living, US Memory Care, A Place for Mom, and Assisted Living Concepts.

“We’re thrilled to have Tami Cumings join Caddis,” said Jason L. Signor, CEO of Caddis via statement. “She is bringing tremendous energy and a wealth of knowledge, including expertise in operations and strategic planning, as well as sales and marketing. We are excited to implement her ideas on lead generation and resident engagement to take our portfolio of Heartis communities to the next level.
