Caddis, a Dallas-based national healthcare real estate firm, broke ground on the Frisco Medical Pavilion this month. The 34,650 square foot, multi-tenant facility is expected to be complete next summer.

Located near the Texas Health Hospital in Frisco and will be anchored by the Texas Health Physicians Group internal medicine clinic. The general contractor will be Richardson-based Novel Builders, and the architect is Dallas-based Corgan.

“The new clinic will be highly visible and easily accessible from the Dallas North Tollway and will have abundant parking,” said Jud Jacobs, Caddis executive vice president of development and partner, via release. “We believe this project will help provide its patients convenient access to high-quality healthcare and increase referrals to the nearby medical campus.”
