Dallas-based T-System Partners with Precision Practice Management on Urgent Care Tech

By Shawn Shinneman |

T-System, which was acquired last year for $200 million by Fidelity National Financial, Inc., announced this week that it’s moving further into the urgent care space. The Dallas-based company partnered with Precision Practice Management to create T-System Complete Care, a business process software for urgent care centers.

T-System was established in 1996 as a documentation product for emergency departments, and has expanded to freestanding ERs and urgent care centers since. The company says that about 40 percent of hospital-based emergency departments, freestanding ERs, and urgent care centers use T-System.

“Urgent Care centers play a vital role in today’s healthcare ecosystem,” said Kyle Caple, executive vice president for T-System, in a statement. “In order to provide the best patient care and customer experience, urgent care centers need robust software and services like T System Complete Care to help enhance clinical and financial outcomes.”
