JLL said today that it’s been awarded the leasing duties for Tower Medical Plaza, a multi-tenant medical building in Southlake. The development’s main tenant is Baylor Scott & White Health’s Southlake Family Medicine. It is currently 77 percent occupied and has more than 10,000 square feet remaining.
The 44,889-square-foot plaza is located at 925 East Southlake Blvd. It’s adjacent to Southlake Town Center.
