The National Association of Business Resources on Friday lauded the rapidly growing home health services company Axxess as the ‘Best of the Best’ in its annual 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For awards ceremony.

The program employs a third-party to analyze participating companies for communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, and retention. Axxess beat out companies as big as Grand Hyatt and Gables Residential. A release announcing the award says the company is the first based in Dallas to win the top award.

CHRISTUS Physicians Group was also honored. Axxess offers cloud-based solutions to providers to help them with payroll, scheduling, billing, electronic health records, data analysis, and more. It has 170 employees and recently relocated to a new office off the Tollway near Addison. Head here for a conversation with its founder and CEO, John Olajide.
