Dallas-based addiction treatment and rehabilitation center Enterhealth announced Monday that it plans to spend $1 million expanding its facility in Van Alstyne between Sherman and McKinney.

The addition will bring another 2,000 square feet to the 38-bed Enterhealth Ranch and a new building for six additional private therapy offices. The changes to the center’s primary facility includes a new nurse’s station, consultation area, a private restroom for testing, an area to perform blood draws, and new offices for both doctors and Enterhealth’s director of nursing. It’s also getting a new admissions room, conference room, public restroom, and a larger area for laundry services.

Enterhealth is headquartered in Dallas. The company also runs an outpatient center in the Park Cities. The facility in Van Alstyne, located about 50 miles north of downtown, is found on 43 acres and offers luxury rehabilitation inpatient services.
