The percentage of large employers with onsite work clinics has been increasing slowly but steadily, according to a study by Mercer.
Its National Survey of Employer-Sponsored Health Plans showed 37 percent of firms with 5,000 or more employees had such clinics, compared with 32 percent in 2010. Another 15 percent said they weighing whether to start a clinic within the next two years, according to Modern Healthcare.
