Two DFW COOs Make Becker’s “Top 100” List

Becker’s Hospital Review has named “100 Hospital and Health System COOs to Know” based on individuals’ healthcare and leadership experience.

Gary Brock, COO of Baylor Health Care System, and Eugene “Gene” Woods, executive vice president and COO of CHRISTUS Health in Irving, were the only two chief operating officers in Dallas-Fort Worth—and Texas overall—to make the list.

Becker’s said its Top 100 COOs “are key members of executive teams at hospitals and health systems who have demonstrated commitment to high-quality care and continuous operational improvement at their respective organizations.”
