Elizabeth Chambers’ Nighttime Flight Skincare Routine is Luxurious and Extra

Let’s parse out the products, shall we?

This past Tuesday, as I was doing my nightly Instagram scroll, I watched a very long story by Elizabeth Chambers Hammer (she of Bird Bakery and wife to Armie Hammer) benevolently chronicling her extensive overnight flight skincare routine. I loved every second of it, just as I inexplicably do for each aspirational image Chambers Hammer puts out via Instagram, and left it at that.

But then I realized we’re living in 2018, a year when you can literally make a story out of a single tweet, or three seconds of a Colbert episode, so I decided to screenshot the details and share them here with you today.

If this isn’t reader service, I don’t know what is.

Let’s break it down.

STEP 1

When ECH boards the flight, she uses Luzern’s hydrating mask, followed by a Silk Therapeutics lemongrass renewing peel.

STEP 2

She follows that up with a medical-grade B3 serum from O Cosmedics.

STEP 3

Next up, ECH uses a growth factor serum from Benev Skincare called “GF-DNA Serum.” Sounds legit as hell.

STEP 4

Next, a Silk Therapeutics Vitamin C serum that she deems very stable. (Vitamin C is tricky, y’all.)

STEP 5

Next, *ISUN Skincare’s Phyto-Infusion repair serum with stem cells, SOD (superoxide dismutase), and Vitamin C. Skincare is a science!

STEP 6

More ISUN skincare after that. This time, it’s a facial serum for all skin types. ECH says the brand is built on “so much knowledge, passion, and SOUL.” I believe her.

STEP 7

Silk Therapeutics is back. This time with Silk+E balanced hydration.

STEP 8

To lock everything in, ECH goes for Argentum’s “La Potion Infinie,” which looks as fancy as it sounds, and Cle De Peau’s concentrated brightening eye serum.

Per her stories, ECH uses “several products to create a barrier between the skin and recycled plane air. Must keep the moisture in.”

Have a great weekend, everyone. KEEP THE MOISTURE IN.

*I could not find this product online for the life of me. I apologize, dear readers!
