The Dallas workout scene is as vast as it is varied, so to help you narrow down a few places to feel fit this week, we rounded up a few cool local events (most involve cocktails). Plan your athleisure accordingly!

Party Well at Exhale

Thursday, 6:30pm

Before peak holiday season, Exhale Spa is hosting a fete that’s actually good for your health. Combining three classes (barre, HIIT, and yoga) into one, the sweat session is a full-body workout, and a great way to earn the post-class sips, snacks, and mini spa therapies.

Price: $25 for a single class

Vital Drills & Drinks

via Vital Fitness Studio

Thursday, 6:30pm

Billed as a “boozy bootcamp” (don’t worry, the complimentary cocktails come after the class), Vital’s outdoor evening event combines and strength and high-intensity training, all set to a live DJ. Don’t forget your mat!

Price: $25, $10 for members

Silent Disco Yoga or Night Run in West Village

via Dallas Fitness Ambassadors

Thursday, 6:30pm

Dallas Fitness Ambassadors’ final silent disco event of the year comes with options: an hour-long yoga session in West Village or a three-mile run. No matter which activity you choose, plan on following it up with a complimentary Michelob Ultra, free passes to SoulCycle, color refreshes by Miniluxe, and some solid photo opps.

Price: $22

City Crew Grand Opening

via City Crew

Thursday, 5:30 – 8pm

So technically, this is a two-for-one grand opening. Head to Lakewood to celebrate City Surf’s new rowing-focused sister studio, City Crew, and Kitchen, and new food hall and takeout market.
