Look at this class. Isn’t it neat? Dallas kids (and adults!) can make their mermaid dream complete at Adventure Scuba and Snorkeling Center’s honorary mermaid introductory class. Arrive to the pool 10-15 minutes early to get your tail, and don’t forget a swimsuit, towel, and goggles. Get your core burning and reveal your inner mermaid with this majestic workout experience.

Dance your way to a rockin’ bod at the Dallas School of Burlesque. This unique fitness studio has many different styles of dance including hip hop, chair dance, ballroom dance, and of course, burlesque. Not in the mood to dance? Check out some of their other one-of-a-kind workouts like aerial yoga, beginners lyra (aka hula hoop acrobatics), and “naughty pilates.”
