Dallas is lucky. Free workouts are practically all around us, at all times. But not all free fitness events are created equal. Some have gimmicks (good gimmicks), most of which involve food, shopping, or doing yoga to Taylor Swift songs. Here are a you few you might want to plug into your calendar.

Taylor Swift vs. Her Exes Yoga | June 17

Jade & Clover has been killing it with the playlists at their free yoga classes recently. In the past few weeks alone the Deep Ellum boutique has had a Britney Spears- and Migos-themed class. If Taylor’s recent reunion with Spotify has you all hopped up on the Swift, this Saturday’s class is absolutely for you.

Flex N’ Flow at the W | June 24

Hit the (wet) deck with Grit Fitness at the W Dallas – Victory hotel downtown for a workout described as “a tummy toning, bun-burning combo of pilates, yoga, and boot camp” from 9-10am. That’s a lot. Bring a swimsuit to cool off after your yogalates boot camp. Yogalates.

Camp Gladiator at Fabletics | June 24

Yes, it’s a boot camp from 9-10am. But it’s a Camp Gladiator boot camp. And then you get 20 percent off Fabletics’ latest releases at their first Texas brick and mortar. So, you see, it’s cool.  Bring water, a mat, and a towel!

Fitness and Chocolate | June 25

This is twenty minutes of HIIT led by personal trainer Vanessa Merlo Lewis followed by a short discussion on how to healthfully incorporate chocolate into your diet. Organic chocolate will be in attendance. It’s also free. Dig in.

Summer Sweat Series | June 25

Sport your brightest colors and join Grit Fitness for a Dance Party (nay, a Dance Glow Party) at the Westin Galleria from 2-4pm.
