Sooooooooo, I keep meaning to be the type of person who knows their way around a reformer, volunteers on the reg, and prepares vegan overnight oat bowls for each A.M. But then—next thing I know—work deadlines, family obligations, and breakfast tacos keep me from being my best self (those tortillas, tho). What? You, too?

Well now, check this out: Starting today, Dallas FITWeek is helping us wannabes kill two birds with one hardcore workout (or several, if you please). Each day this week, different fitness studios are hosting mega calorie-blasting classes to benefit two worthy organizations: She’s the First and Reading Partners North Texas—the latter of which I’m particularly fond of since I was a Reading Partners tutor to a third-grader in my pre-D Mag, one-third-my-best-self days. (Shout out to m’ boy Adrean! Keep slaying those chapter books, little man!)

All you have to do is check out the schedule below and contact the studio to put your name on the list. You’ll feel so great about yourself, you’ll forget I never offered up a vegan oat bowl fix. OR DID I?Fitweek2
