30 minutes of working out, plus 30 minutes of self-defense training, plus a whole lot of time to—prepare yourself, impressive alliteration ahead—sip, shop, and possibly snag a surprise giveaway equals a solid Saturday. (See?)


Hiking Yoga Along the Katy Trail | Sunday, 9-10:30am

Maybe hiking yoga has been your jam for years. Maybe you’re just curious to see what hiking yoga even is. Regardless, a Sunday morning working out for free along the Katy Trail is a pretty good deal.
