After stealing our hearts on Season 17 of ABC’s The Bachelor, Dallas became lucky enough to claim Catherine Giudici Lowe as “ours” when she moved here and wed her TV sweetheart, Sean Lowe.

A few years later, the Seattle native is a mother, wife, business owner, and creative entrepreneur. In addition of her new endeavors, health remains a priority for the former dancer.

“I do not like to workout, but afterward I’m always glad I do,” Lowe says. “I train with Julie Hoang-Clayton at Fit180 on Greenville twice a week and she kicks my butt.”

Lowe says her trainer focuses on weight training and cardio, as well as nutrition planning. And when it’s nice outside, she’ll take a walk in her neighborhood or venture to a park for some outdoor yoga.

If getting Lowe’s workout scoop wasn’t enough, she gave Be Well a glimpse into her gym bag.

1. Yoga Mat

I got this yoga mat the day I moved into The Bachelor mansion. The girls who get to move into the house after the first rose ceremony are greeted with a goodie bag by their bunk bed, and this yoga mat was among my new presents! It’s been with me from the mansion to five more houses, and I have spent many a sweaty workout on it.

2. APL Shoes

APL is a brand that Bandier got me to love. These shoes are extremely lightweight and are made for any type of workout, including running. And they’re stylish, so I don’t feel like a complete schlub, even if my hair and no makeup say different.

3. The Stick

I was a marathon runner back in the day and my mom’s boyfriend was a massage therapist, so I could always ask for a massage after long runs. I don’t have that luxury anymore, sadly, but when my muscles ache, I grab The Stick (which my trainer Julie told me about). Honestly, I can use it on myself to help with my IT band, calves, really anywhere. But I also got it to have Sean assist me with my traps. Carrying a baby really messes with my shoulders, and this thing really rubs out my knots! I also recently brought it to a ski trip to Colorado with friends for everyone after the slopes. Needless to say, it was well received.

4. LoweCo. Cards

I keep my LoweCo. cards in any bag I’m carrying, and when I’m headed to the gym, it’s my gym bag! My cards make for a special surprise and are relevant for so many occasions. You never know when someone will need a pick-me-up.

5. Snacks

As any new mom can tell you, convenience is so important. The Orgain vegan chocolate protein shake and Power Crunch bar have a permanent fixture in my gym bag to ensure I never have to go to a workout depleted. After a workout, protein promotes muscle recovery and growth, so if I don’t get home in time to have a proper meal, one of these snacks will do the trick!

6. Fenty X Puma Slides

My Fenty X Puma slides were first introduced to me (and the world) by Rihanna, and when I saw the image of her wearing them, I knew I had to have them. I’m a sucker for comfort and fuzzy things and these slides are both. If I can avoid wearing any real shoe for as long as I can, I will!

7. Best Mom Ever Shirt

BEST MOM EVER is a Good hYOUman shirt that I got at West Coast Vibes here in Dallas, and it’s extremely soft. I swear by their leggings in and out of the gym. Picture a wobbly waiter carrying too many plates. That’s how I balance work, marriage, baby, and workouts. That waiter is still at it though! And so am I.
