9 Fit Things to Do in Dallas This February

Run through Deep Ellum in your underwear or take your four-legged best friend for a stroll.

With a Valentine’s walk with man’s best friend, free yoga on the Carrollton square, and an underwear run, you’ll have plenty of chances to work off all that chocolate this month. Speaking of chocolate …

FEBRUARY 4

Hot Chocolate 15k/5k

Hundreds of runners will flock to Fair Park for the return of the Hot Chocolate 15k and 5k races. From M&M and chocolate chip stations along the course to hot cocoa and fondue at the post-race party, there will be plenty of chocolate to drink, drizzle, and dip. The sweetest part: proceeds will benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of Dallas.
