"you have to keep breaking your heart until it opens" – rumi Change is coming to Ashtanga Yoga at DYC. Join me this Tuesday @6pm for my last led class for two months – Jeff is stepping in to teach october/november while I will be teaching morning mysore classes (individual instruction in group setting) from this Friday until early December while Dean is in India. if you have never been to DYC, I have 3 free one day passes available if you want to come to led, but if you want to try the morning mysore class I suggest checking out two weeks of classes for $29, so you can learn at your own pace and develop the early morning habit – getting on the mat is half the battle and just two weeks can be revolutionary 🙂 class moves at YOUR own pace so you can show up any time between 6am and 7am mwf, or 8am to 9am Sundays, with plenty of time to move through the postures. hope to see you soon on the mat, post or message me with any questions. #dallasyoga #dallasyogacenter #ashtanga #practiceandalliscoming
