One of Dallas’ favorite celebrity couples, Pat and Emmitt Smith, are just as powerful in the gym as they are in the community. The former Dallas Cowboys great, turned entrepreneur, and his wife are busier than ever with their business ventures and philanthropic outreach. Even with their busy schedules and five children, Pat and Emmitt manage to find the time to stay healthy and fit. 

D: If you’ve got only 20 minutes to work out, what’s your routine?

What’s your typical daily workout routine?

P: We try to get in 3-4 days a week, not daily. Either Pilates, resistance training, or Precor.
E: Biking or Precor. Playing golf is ALWAYS an option!


What’s your usual breakfast?

P: Isagenix — chocolate.
E: Isagenix — vanilla.


What is your go-to cheat meal?

P: Burger and banana split
