What Mark Cuban Eats For Breakfast

Between owning the Dallas Mavericks and coaching wannabe entrepreneurs on ABC’s Shark Tank, how does Mark Cuban find the time to stay fit? Besides holding press conferences while on the StairMaster, we mean.

Are we shocked he invested in his go-to cheat meal? No. Are we surprised by his love for dub-step? Yes.

D: If you only have 20 minutes to work out, what’s your routine?
Cuban: Depends on my last workout. I will do cardiovascular on an elliptical or lift.

What’s your typical daily workout routine?
A 30-minute circuit with a focus on my back and legs and one hour of cardiovascular on a StairMaster or elliptical.

What do you eat for breakfast?
I live on these cookies. They are 190 calories each—high protein, high fiber, low carbs. I eat two and have a cup of coffee. I loved them so much I invested in the company.

What is your go-to cheat meal?
The cookies. After that, a salad.
