More on the Man Shot in Arlington Mall. It’s still unclear what exactly William Dodd was up to Sunday when he pulled a replica gun on a cop at the mall. But now we know he made a 911 and told the operator that he had a gun and planned to use it. Sounds like suicide by cop, right? Why then did he tell the operator that he was at a park and not the mall? Dodd is still in critical condition. If he recovers, I’m guessing he’ll have a hard time explaining his actions.

Federal Charge Dropped Against Man Who Caused Kurt Eichenwald’s Seizure. Remember that guy who sent Eichenwald a flashing tweet and intentionally induced a seizure? John Rivello, of Maryland, no longer faces a federal cyberstalking charge. But he still faces a charge in Dallas County of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. So there’s hope.

Police Looking for Three Who Went on Gas Station Robbery Spree. Armed robbers hit four gas stations in southern Dallas. If you recognize the perps in this video, police would like to hear from you.
