Yesterday I spent some time making fun of the new bar called Bourbon & Banter. In five years, every restaurant and bar in Dallas will be two alliterative nouns. You heard it here first. Today (a bit late) I learned about the new joint called Fish & Fizz. That’s quite something, right there. Here are the names they rejected before settling on Fish & Fizz:
