Search Continues for Missing 3-Year-Old. Police are now saying that a car left the Richardson home of Sherin Matthews about an hour after her father says he sent her into a back alley as a punishment. Neighbors are being asked to report any information they may have about the vehicle’s whereabouts at the time, and to share any relevant surveillance footage. The preschooler’s father, Wesley Matthews, has been charged with abandoning or endangering a child, a felony.
